We have been extremely happy with their service from day one. The transition [replacing the in-house group] was seamless. STIM has been extremely reliable and very helpful during our intraoperative cases. Their real-time feedback allows us to adjust our surgical technique immediately, which is obviously a tremendous advantage for our patients.  The techs have also been available at night and on weekends, essentially providing 24 hour service.
